A personal note from the owners

BRIAN AND JANIE CHRISTOFF:

After spending over 20+ years servicing the wholesale side of the jewelry industry, we decided to make the transition to our own retail store. This in response to some large corporate jewelry chains, putting in place, new ‘behind the scenes’ policies, that were NOT oriented towards developing a trustworthy relationship with their customers. These policies were designed to maximize profit while sacrificing trust and loyalty. These actions helped create a localized need for highly ethical and highly skilled artisans, with a wide area of knowledge, in custom jewelry design, manufacturing and repair. So with further encouragement from a long list of loyal customers and friends, we left the large corporations and their policies behind and launched Christoff Jewelers.
